What’s included in the Basic plan?
The full NOCTRA_OS suite: Operations (accounting, budgeting, CRM and help desk), Beacon Growth OS (brand, content, websites and campaigns), Channels (one inbox for email, text, voice and portal), Workspace (Projects Hub, Second Brain and Knowledge Graph), Analyst, and Data Migration — plus Charlie, your text-based AI operator. AI inference is included through OpenRouter using our suggested models. Basic is $500/month for your first user and $300/month for each additional user.
Can I bring my own AI subscription?
Yes. NOCTRA_OS is provider-agnostic — you can run Charlie, the concierge, on your own Anthropic or OpenAI subscription instead of our included OpenRouter inference. Add your key on the Keys page anytime; nothing else about your setup changes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Move between Basic, Professional, and Enterprise whenever your needs change — upgrades take effect right away and downgrades apply on your next billing cycle. No long-term lock-in.
What’s the difference between Basic and Professional?
Professional includes everything in Basic and adds speech-to-speech Charlie — a live, natural voice conversation with your AI operator. It’s $700/month for your first user and $500/month for each additional user.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Yes — a one-time onboarding and implementation fee of $500 per user. It covers hands-on setup, and speech-to-speech Charlie guides you through the entire onboarding phase so your team is productive fast.
